Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing preference. This does not limit any rights required by applicable law.

Cancellations

Product Orders, Changes, and Cancellation Policy

All products are made to order. To request a change or cancellation, use the link in your order confirmation email as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations are generally only possible before production begins. Once production has started, your order may no longer be changed or canceled. This does not affect eligible quality claims or rights required by law.

A refund returns your payment but does not automatically stop production or shipping. Your order may still be fulfilled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

For Fourthwall-fulfilled items, contact support within 30 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, or has a defect covered by the applicable supplier warranty. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos showing the issue and product tag. Fourthwall will review the issue. If it qualifies under the quality policy, a replacement or refund may be provided. For self-fulfilled items, contact the shop directly.

Eligible customers in the EU, UK, or EEA may have statutory withdrawal rights within 14 days of delivery, where applicable. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.

Refunds

Product Orders Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for buyer’s remorse or sizing preference. Verified defects or fulfillment issues may qualify for a refund or replacement after review under the applicable quality policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing times depend on the payment provider and bank.

International Orders
